Hello everyone, and welcome to this website. My name is Arianna, and I am a complementary therapist specialising in Egyptian-Essene Healing.
Since childhood, I've been drawn to metaphysics, spirituality, and the subtler dimensions of reality. This lifelong pursuit led me to immerse myself in Eastern spiritual traditions, practicing bhakti yoga, mantra yoga, and meditation. I spent extended periods in ashrams and travelling across India.
In 2012 I met my teacher, Bernard Rouch, and decided to undergo a comprehensive three-year training in Egyptian-Essene Healing and Energy Rebalancing Techniques. Subsequently, I pursued advanced training in this transformative modality and worked as an assistant in his courses.
These gentle yet potent complementary therapies offer holistic benefits for the mind, body, and spirit. I approach my practice with passion, dedication, and reliability, viewing it as a profound opportunity to support others in enhancing their potentials and overall wellbeing, while fostering inner balance and serenity in their lives.

Personal values and experience as a complementary healer
The years spent studying and practicing various complementary forms of healing have been transformative and enriching. I recognise these practices as a gift and a precious tool to employ, both to improve my own life and the lives of others. Far from only being a simple set of techniques, practicing Egyptian-Essene Healing has provided me with a broader perspective on people and life in general. I have learnt to perceive things through different eyes - those of the heart - and to expand my awareness to include a multitude of spiritual traditions, places, colours, and dimensions. Through this journey, I have discovered the inherent beauty, potentials, and uniqueness within every individual, as well as our vulnerabilities, emotional scars, and shadow aspects awaiting to be integrated. By viewing ourselves with the eyes of the heart, we realise that we are all interconnected, indispensable parts of the One.
Each one of us is a gift of love that the Divine bestows upon the Universe for the benefit and evolution of all. The eyes of the heart enable us to see beyond appearances, beyond the masks and the armours we wear out of fear of rejection, ultimately alienating us from our true selves.
By deepening our understanding of our authentic selves and expand our capacity to love unconditionally, we can heal not only our own wounds but also those of others. This journey leads us onto a transformative path, guiding us back to the sacredness of our true essence. The more I traverse this healing path, the more I appreciate Life, and the inherent Love that is always present for us, rightfully ours, regardless of who we are, our outward appearances, achievements, knowledge or productivity.
Each healing session unfolds as a unique experience for both practitioner and recipient. When an individual courageously overcomes their distrust, breaks free from negative though patterns, and embraces their uniqueness, small (and big!) miracles of transformation begin to occur. What unfolds in these sacred moments is both precious and transformative. Every newfound awareness at an individual level contributes to the collective progress and wellbeing; every tear shed as part of the healing process washes away years of unprocessed emotions and internal conflicts; every act of self-compassion adds to the global consciousness of Love. It is the profound experiences of Grace shared during these moments that fuel my enthusiasm to continue on this journey.

Part of the original group who rediscovered the ancient Egyptian-Essene Therapies, Bernard Rouch was born in Montpellier in 1968 to a Franco-Hispanic mother and French father. His upbringing was marked by a cosmopolitan experience, spending his childhood in New Dehli, India, where his father served as an official representative for French culture abroad, and later in Mexico. This early years immersed him in diverse cultures, philosophies, and religions.
Bernard's spiritual journey began at a young age. He displayed an innate ability for astral travelling, aura perception, and accessing subtle dimensions. Encouraged by his parents' affinity for Eastern spirituality and metaphysics, Bernard had the freedom to nurture and refine his extrasensory gifts. His father followed the teachings of Master Ramana Maharshi, while his mother pursued Buddhism and eventually became a Buddhist nun.
During his formative years, Bernard spent his summer holidays until the age of 18 in the monastery of his mother's Master. Initially in Dharamsala, India, and later in the United States, these retreats provided invaluable opportunities for spiritual growth and exploration. It was during this time that Bernard encountered Lama Dome Geshe Rinpoche, who would profoundly influence his spiritual path as his mentor and guide.
Bernard holds degrees in Engineering and Physics, Microelectronics, and a Master's degree in Telecommunications. He began his professional career with the French Interbank System until the year 2000 when he decided to pursue his spiritual calling.
For over thirty years, Bernard has served as a lecturer and international trainer, conducting seminars on spirituality, personal growth, and courses in Aura reading and Egyptian Essene Healing across various countries including France, Spain, Canada (Québec), and Italy. Responding to growing demand, he is currently developing programs tailored for English-speaking audiences. His inaugural book, 'Il gioco del perdono' (The Forgiveness Game), is presently available in Italian, Spanish, and French editions.
